The same address takes any question or request about data protection.

Nothing of its own. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts and no contact form, and nothing is stored in your browser. Everything the page needs, including the typeface, is served from this domain, so opening it does not contact anyone else. You do not have to provide anything to read this site.

Delivering the page. Like any web server, the hosting records the technical detail of each request — IP address, time, the page asked for, and what the browser reports about itself — so that the site can be served and kept secure. The legal basis is legitimate interest in running a working, secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Those records stay with the host, are not gathered into anything here, and are kept only briefly.

Writing an email. A message sent to the address above is processed in order to answer it — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a possible or existing engagement, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. Messages are kept as long as the conversation needs them, plus any period commercial or tax law requires.

There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.

The site is published through Lovable, whose hosting delivers it. Their built-in visitor analytics is switched off here, so visits are not measured or counted. What they do as host is covered by their privacy policy.

Email to the address above is handled by the provider hosting the makerer.studio mailbox. Where any of these providers processes data outside the EU or EEA, it does so under the safeguards required by Art. 44 and following of the GDPR.

You can ask for access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR), for it to be corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), for processing to be restricted (Art. 18), and for a portable copy (Art. 20). You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Write to the address above and it will be dealt with.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — either the one where you live or the one responsible for the controller.
